 X  NO LIFETIME MAXIMUMS

 X  NO INCREASE IN TAXES

X  NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSES

HOW IS THIS EVEN POSSIBLE?

Simple.

We live in a country that creates its own currency, known as the U.S. Dollar.

Our currency issuing federal government has the ability to pay for every single public and social, people first policy.

We believe that caring for one another is the most patriotic action you can take, and it's past time to hold our government accountable for that.

WHY DO YOU FIGHT FOR NATIONAL IMPROVED M4A?

  • We know healthcare is a human right. Therefore we reject all forms of incrementalism, which includes the neoliberal strategy of state by state.

  • Fighting for enhanced healthcare for some, keeps us separate and unequal. We demand healthcare without borders, because it's time to tear down barriers, inequities, and tier systems.

  • There are 24 states in this country which do not have the opportunity to petition for a ballot initiative or referendum. Even less states could actually afford enhanced healthcare, creating a race to the bottom.

  • Cannabis is used as an argument to support the state by state approach. However, that is a false equivalence because cannabis is profitable, when healthcare should never turn a profit.

  • Canadian healthcare is weaponized as another false argument. Instead of cosplaying as Canadians, we should be setting the highest standard, and quality of care around the globe, which other countries would strive to achieve.

  • States cannot afford to cover the costs of healthcare, because a state budget works just like a household budget - if you don't have the income (revenue), you can't afford to pay. This means states will have to increase taxes using "progressive taxation", which will ultimately result in another tax on the poor. Meanwhile, our currency issuing federal government funds every policy with a keystroke. National Improved Medicare for All would be deflationary for the United States - it will save us all money!!
